      Change of Name / Address:
      1 Power of attorney, simply signed;
      2 Certificate of change

      Assignment requirements:
      1 Power of attorney, simply signed;
      2 Simply signed assignment deed.

      General Information:

      Classification of Goods / Services: International Classification.

      Registrable : Trade Marks, Service Marks, Collective Marks, Certification Mark, Geographical                             Indication

      Time from filing to registration : 8 months.

      Registration Duration: 10 years from the date of Application.

      Renewal Duration : 10 years.

      Publication : A publication is issued after examination.

      Opposition Period:

      a) within 30 days from the date of receipt of notice on examination decision (Law art. 8.7)
      b) within 2 months from the date of receipt of notice on registration cancellation (Law art.28.4) and           / or on IPOM dispute (Law art.29.3) (both up to court sue)

      Use: The registration of a trademark shall be canceled, if the trademark has not been put into use                for five years after registration without goods reasons or has been continuously suspended                from use for five years.

      Renewal Application: Within one year before expiry date.
