      Applicant's nature of business (industrial, commercial or other).

      Three reproductions of the mark (in colour if claimed as a distinctive feature of the mark, together with the relevant description).

      Photolithograph dimensions of a maximum 6cms x 6cms and a minimum 1.5cms x 1.5cms.

      Class and specification of products or services (international classification, Nice Agreement -Fourth       Edition).

      Priority Claim - country, date and number of the earlier application (the priority document should       be submitted within three months from the date of application).
